How the program works
1. Open referrals dashboard
Sign in and visit your Referrals dashboard. Studymaxx creates your referral profile and code.
2. Share your referral link
Use your code and share link with learners and parents who are new to your referral.
3. Buyer places eligible order
If no coupon is applied and referral checks pass, buyer receives 10% discount at checkout.
4. Reward lifecycle starts
You earn 7% as pending reward when order succeeds. It matures to available balance after delivery.
Referral discount and coupon discount do not stack in checkout. If coupon is applied, referral discount is skipped.
Program safeguards and eligibility
No self-referral
Users cannot apply their own referral code.
One-time referred-buyer benefit
After referral discount is consumed, buyer cannot use another referral benefit.
Reward reversals on failed orders
Cancelled, failed, or RTO referred orders can reverse pending/matured rewards.
If a buyer has already been attributed to a different referrer, they remain locked to that attribution and cannot switch codes.
Wallet and withdrawals
- Pending rewards move to available balance after delivery.
- Request payout via UPI or bank transfer from the Referrals dashboard.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 and must not exceed available balance.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed by admin before mark-paid settlement.
